standing at my living room window, i gaze at the 'park', as you christened it. trying not to remember, i look away. there is nothing outside the window that even remotely distracts me, and i let my gaze stray once again toward the familiar pathway. gray clouds grace the navy blue sky, and there isn't a star in sight. the clouds do not obstruct the moonlight, and the clear, full moon shines down, bathing everything in milky light. not a soul in sight, no one appears to distract me from reminiscing the very night of our first ____.

: D i'm doing my pedi tomorrow! with my mom. so glad i managed to talk to her some the other day about everything. and we didn't quarrel once, and everything was smooth sailing. she said she was proud of me for winning POS. (: and she wanted to hear all about it, which is pretty rare, for her. and she promised me a pedicure! : D when my mom's in a good mood is the best time to ask her for things. but i won't take advantage of her and ask for a new phone- or rather, i think she'd strangle me. i'm gnna get it on my own!
