just had my english paper today, both ones.
havent been online like since last sunday?
because of live recording in church.
but it was awesome.
sunday.
we went to braddell for pract, then went to church. saw the choir in their costumes. when they sang crossing over, we drummed the beat along.
they got a shock.
tuesday.
went to school and hated it. then came back and went for strikeforce. stayed until quite late.
thursday.
twenty three people were called down for strikeforce pract in church with the musicians. we strapped up and practised in the staircase beside the pastors' lift. our producer, bro daniel pringle, came and listened to us and he said it was good. left at about eleven i think.
sunday, monday, tuesday.
didnt get to practise but it was still great. there're new songs we didnt know about. one's i give and the other's extraordinary. they're brilliant. tuesday was the full dress rehearsal (sort of). me and jeremy went to church early to help and saw the tees. they're so nice lahhs. white with neon/fluorescent yellow, orange and pink splashed across them in patterns. cheryl, cherish, sean, adrian, and some others were there. i went behind with cheryl to see the done ones. washing lines had been strung up and the tees had been hung there to dry the paint. laundry! hahas. ok. then after a while everyone (including the congregation) started arriving. then when we got down to the audit had so many things to do. we didnt get to practise crossing over that night; reached home about 12 plus.
wednesday.
it was pure BUSINESS today; we had to run around preparing stuff and doing things. pst kong changed our shirts to orange giordano ones without paint. so arrived early and helped arrange in sizes. kimberly got the extra EXTRA small one. lol. XS is already loose for me already lahhs. so hers is dunno what size. haha. it was stressed lahhs. had to rush around. me and cheryl rushed to the bathroom with sis shirley last minute to put on the orange tees under our shirts last minute so we wouldnt have to rush to change during the five minute break before crossing over as we would have to use that time to get our drums, debrief, mallets&sticks, strap up..
yeah.
the congregation was kinda tense today. crossing over was awesome. we recorded set 2: call upon, extraordinary, in the name of Jesus, my source, i give, come holy spirit and crossing over. before we played, pst kong said to give the drummers a big hand. so the congregation clapped and cheered for us strikeforce. then we drummed constant beat. bro daniel said he liked the drums rumbling like that, so he decided to record that part,with the clapping, cheering and drums. thursday was sort of the same, except we didnt have to play and were part of the congregation. cheryl told daryl that i like ___. i so dont lahhs. but daryl said i was _blushing_. no! because i climbed like four flights of stairs so my face was flushed, of course..
yeah.
